Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of these Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you and Flyding ("Flyding", "快订", "we", "us") governing your use of the Flyding app and website (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility — you must be 21+

Because the Service references venues that serve alcohol and offers paid, randomized reward boxes, you must be at least 21 years old — or the legal drinking age in your jurisdiction, if higher — to use it. By using the Service you represent that you meet this requirement and are able to form a binding contract. Certain features, including loot boxes and alcohol-related perks, require in-app age verification and are unavailable to anyone under 21.

3. Your account

• You may sign in with Apple, Google, or Facebook, or with an email magic link.
• You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your sign-in method secure.
• Provide accurate information and keep it up to date. One person, one account.
• You can delete your account at any time — see Account Deletion.

4. Bookings & the Service

Flyding helps you find and reserve the closest open table at participating venues, including "Book now" and "Book ahead for later." You agree that:

• Table availability is provided by venues in real time and can change; a booking is confirmed only when the app shows a confirmation.
• Venues set their own policies (hold times, dress codes, cover charges, minimum spends). Please honor them.
• Repeated no-shows or late cancellations may affect your ability to book and your rewards standing.
• Flyding is a booking facilitator; the dining, service, food, and drinks are provided by the venue, not by Flyding.

5. Sparks, streaks & reward boxes

• Sparks are a virtual, in-app currency with no cash value. You earn them through bookings and goals, or buy them.
• Streaks grant bonus Sparks for consecutive qualifying nights and reset if a streak lapses.
• Reward boxes ("stash", Bronze/Silver/Gold) contain randomized virtual rewards and perks. Published drop rates are on our Loot Box Odds page.
• Sparks, boxes, and perks are personal, non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for cash. We may adjust, expire, or discontinue them with reasonable notice.

6. Purchases, virtual items & refunds

• In-app purchases (such as Sparks and Flyding+) are processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play under their terms.
• Booking deposits and the $5 cooldown-skip fee are processed by Stripe; you enter your card details into Stripe's secure payment sheet, and Flyding never stores your full card details.
• Virtual items are a limited, revocable license for use within the Service — you do not own them and they have no monetary value.
• Prices are shown before purchase. Except where required by law, purchases of virtual items and opened reward boxes are final and non-refundable.
• Refunds for app-store purchases are handled by the applicable app store; refunds for Stripe payments (e.g. booking deposits) are handled by Flyding in line with the venue's policy and applicable law. Statutory rights, where they apply, are unaffected.
• Randomized items: reward boxes deliver randomized rewards; you may receive duplicates or lower-value items. Odds are disclosed in advance.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to: break the law; make fraudulent, fake, or automated bookings; resell bookings or rewards; manipulate Sparks, streaks, or odds; reverse engineer or disrupt the Service; or harass venue staff or other users.

8. Alcohol & responsible use

Some venues serve alcohol and Flyding may reference bars, lounges, and cocktail programs. Flyding does not sell alcohol. You are responsible for drinking responsibly and lawfully, and venues may refuse service or entry at their discretion. Never drink and drive.

9. Intellectual property

The Service, including the Flyding name, "快订" mark, visual design, logos, and content, is owned by Flyding or its licensors and protected by law. We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app for its intended purpose. All other rights are reserved.

10. Suspension & termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or misuse the Service. You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. Some provisions survive termination, including sections 6, 9, 11, 12, and 14.

11. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that tables will be available, that bookings will be honored by venues, or that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Flyding is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for the acts of venues. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or US$50. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some may not apply to you.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. We will post the updated version with a new "Last updated" date and, for material changes, notify you in the app. Continued use after changes means you accept them.

14. Governing law & disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Flyding is established, without regard to conflict of law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction, unless mandatory local consumer law provides otherwise.
