You can delete your Flyding account and personal data at any time. Here's exactly how, and exactly what happens.
Launch Flyding and tap the Profile tab in the bottom navigation.
Tap the gear icon, then Account.
Choose Delete account at the bottom of the screen. Review the summary of what will be removed.
Re-authenticate with your sign-in method and confirm. You'll get an email confirming the request. Deletion completes within 30 days.
Write to privacy@flyding.app from the email address on your account with the subject "Account deletion request."
We'll confirm your identity to protect your account. This may involve replying from your registered email or confirming recent activity.
Once verified, we delete or anonymize your data within 30 days and email you when it's done.
Retained records are limited to what the law requires and are removed once no longer needed.

If you only want to stop notifications or step away, you don't have to delete your account. You can turn off notifications and revoke location or tracking permissions in your device settings, and simply sign out. Your streak will pause, but your account stays put until you decide.
