Flyding ("Flyding", "快订", "we", "us") operates the Flyding mobile application and this website (together, the "Service"). Flyding lets you instantly book the closest open table at partner venues, earn Sparks, and open reward boxes. This Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect, why we collect it, and the choices you have.

By using the Service you agree to this Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

3. Location data

Location is central to Flyding — we use it to find and rank the closest open table to you and to show nearby venues.

4. Advertising ID & ads

Flyding may show promotions for partner venues and measure how our marketing performs. For this we use:

You can reset or delete your advertising ID, and opt out of personalized ads, in your device settings (Android: Settings → Privacy → Ads; iOS: Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking). On iOS we will ask for permission via App Tracking Transparency before any cross-app tracking. We do not sell your advertising ID.

5. Payment information

Flyding uses two payment channels depending on what you buy:

In every case your full card number and financial account details are handled by the payment provider (Apple, Google, or Stripe); Flyding never receives or stores your full payment card details. We do receive and store a record of each transaction — the item or service purchased, amount, currency, date, and a processor transaction ID — to deliver your purchase, provide receipts and refunds, and prevent fraud. Stripe processes your payment data as an independent controller under its own privacy policy.

8. Retention & deletion

We keep personal data for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Service. When you delete your account we remove or anonymize your personal data within 30 days, except records we must keep for legal, tax, fraud-prevention, or accounting reasons. Depending on where you live (for example, the EEA/UK under GDPR or California under the CCPA/CPRA), you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or port your data, to object to or restrict processing, and to opt out of targeted advertising. To exercise these rights, email privacy@flyding.app or use the in-app tools. You can withdraw location, notification, and tracking permissions at any time in your device settings.

10. Age restriction

Flyding is intended for adults. Because the Service references venues that serve alcohol and includes paid, randomized reward boxes, it is not directed to children and you must be at least 21 years old (or the legal drinking age in your location, if higher) to use it. Loot boxes and alcohol-related perks require 21+ age verification within the app. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under this age; if we learn we have, we will delete it.

We use encryption in transit, access controls, and other safeguards to protect your data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

12. International transfers

We may process and store data in countries other than your own. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses for cross-border transfers.

13. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. We will post the new version here and update the "Last updated" date, and for material changes we will notify you in the app.
